The location was accessible, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed with how our stay was handled. Upon arrival, we informed that we might extend for another day. Because of this, we assumed there would be no issue if we decided to extend. Unfortunately, we were later unexpectedly asked to transfer rooms because our current room had already been reserved by another guest. We understand that reservations…

Room served its purpose. Great location, close to MJ square, stores, cafes and kota beach. No toiletries provided. There was also no garbage can in our room so we had to use a plastic bag to throw our waste. The door was also kinda hard to open since the key wont turn properly. Other than that, everything was ok.

First of all it was hard to contact them when we arrived and no clear instructions how to find the location. The rooms were not as prepared before our arrival. We booked two rooms and the rooms were smelly and molds are visible off the ceiling. We tried to get the air-conditioning running maybe it will make the room smell better but it was no use. We had to relocate and find another place. Do not recommend this place

The room is fine. But the worst service we ever experienced. The owner or attendant did not like that we were complaining about the room reservation, because we booked our room ahead of time but when we get there the room was not ready and we arrived there late around 5PM, so the attendant showed us the room with broken AC then we complain the she transferred us to another room, take note none of these rooms was the…

Booked a room in Agoda, and it was already confirmed. They cancelled our booking in the last minute giving us no other options but to find another hotel to stay for 3 days in which most hotels are already fully booked.

Room: 1/10 - I would not recommend this place at all. The room had an unpleasant smell and lacked cleanliness, the blankets were too thin to provide adequate warmth in the cold weather, and the sheer curtains allowed the morning light to make the room uncomfortably bright. The staff was rude and unprofessional when we inquired through their Facebook page. A friend who was supposed to join us had to cancel due to an…

How can you call your rooms deluxe room, it’s an insult for every deluxe room on this planet. It’s smelly, it’s noisy and the worst is the bathroom with all the mould on the ceiling. What a genius who built a bathroom without air circulation.
