We stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly. The breakfast was very good, and I especially loved the Lucban longanisa. The staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Lots of cockroaches in my room. I asked to switch rooms and management did not even apologize, only walked me to my room. Told me that “It’s normal since the room is near the kitchen”. My second room STILL had roaches. Worse was the food poisoning I got after eating their breakfast. The hotel was shabby, run-down, and unhygienic; the showerhead made me hesitant to shower. The air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in decades, and the bacteria made me cough incessantly. Is this the standard of a hotel costing 2500 pesos a night? There wasn't even a free breakfast.
I stayed at Queen Margarette Hotel recently and, unfortunately, my experience was not great. One major issue was the noise – there were loud truck in the middle of the night ( doing egress from the event and parking up from 11pm to past 1am), which made it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
