Hotel charges their guests with claims that the guests stained the towels without proper documentation and proof that the towels were indeed taken from the room you are occupying and that there were indeed stains that you made. Towels in question are two hand towels, the big problem is we did not even use the said towels, we only use the bath towels. They then insist to charge 500 pesos per towel.
Stayed at this hotel while visiting a friend in Dumaguete. The hotel was well maintained. Our room was clean and reasonable size. There is a cafe at the lobby for great coffee. The staff are polite and friendly.

Once you enter the lobby of PVL Suites, you'll instantly smell a pleasant scent. The staff are friendly. They were delightful and eager to help.
