Pundaquit Luxury Resort

The staffs are friendly and accommodating but the resort doesn’t look luxury. The rooms are not clean and well maintained. The toilets are dirty. Faucet is broken and the water is not flowing well. The beds are uncomfortable. There is bath tub but not allowed to be used. The beaches are beautiful but the seashore is full of trash.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Glenda stood out for being very responsive on Messenger she made everything so easy for us. Decent stay with a nice location, but the resort could use some improvements. Rooms and amenities were okay. And only a few rooms are pet-friendly, which was a bit limiting.

Person in charge of the Resort is accommodating, there was a little delay on the check in because previous customer checked out late but that's not a problem. Nice place overall! Got to swim waves aren’t really strong or really soft just perfect. The place looks nice the Food tastes good, I recommend the garlic butter shrimp. We were only here for 3 hours and had a blast!
