My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our experience was mixed. First, the hotel is quite far from everything. If you want to eat outside the hotel, it is not walkable to nearby restaurants. The hotel does have two decent restaurants for dinner, but one of them requires a reservation. The property has rooms in both old and new buildings. I strongly recommend choosing a room in the newer bu…

The staff was very pleasant and worked had to make sure we were happy. This is a tropical paradise. Lots of pool water around the resort. Kids play area and hot tub. My room walked straight out to the pool. So amazing. They have a few restaurants you should not go hungry. The food is pretty good I could not complain. They have the availability to schedule day trips. We went out on the ocean sand bar and went to and…

We, a family of four, recently stayed at Princesa Garden Resorts and while the property itself has potential, our overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price point. The facilities were decent but did not reflect a level of luxury expected for what we paid. The Best Five Star Hotel in Peurto Princesa. I selected a double pool villa for its size and pool access. The villa was a very good size and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and I found the location to be excellent. Highly recommended for three night stay. A fantastic Japanese restaurant on site. Hotel and restaurant both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have no words for the location, facilities, and views — they were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the service was a completely different story and honestly the worst part of our stay. First, the room smelled bad and moldy, and the sofa on the balcony was still wet and had a strong damp odor, like it hadn’t dried properly. There were also lots of mosquitoes. I had to follow up multiple times just to get daily…

They’re not hospitable. Customer service sucks big time. Not worth the expensive price. We were arranged for a free transpo but it was not coordinated. Upon airport arrival, the driver wouldn’t want us to ride their shuttle. Upon check out, same scenario. Even their scheduled 6am common van is not available since they allotted it for exclusive transpo. They don’t care kahit maiwan ka ng eroplano. Also upon checkin,…
