Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have used a better clean with hard water spots left behind. One gripe is I booked specifically for the pool which was closed because of the earthquake and still under repairs. No mention of that on the booking site.
This is a relatively nice travelers hotel. Rooms are small but clean. They look nice enough but it is clear this is The Province. Water was on and off. Some outlets didn't work. Bed was nice enough. It is a bit out of central, but there are some decent places to eat at the site and a solid coffee shop open early in the parking lot. Skip the rooftop pool. It's quite nasty. Cloudy. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We’re currently in the dormitory-style room, and it's been fantastic. The room is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with all the equipment being brand new. A big bonus for us was that they are pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along. It made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly stay!
