Really incredible value for the price. The location is perfect — right next to the boardwalk — and the room was comfortable and clean. It’s definitely not a five-star resort, but for the rate, it’s a great deal. The only downside was the internet — basically non-existent inside the room. If the Wi-Fi worked better, this place would easily get a much higher rating from me.

The hotel sure is bang for the buck, worth the money. The beds are comfy, the toilet and bath are clean. Would recommend this place to a friend, plus it's location is near some commercial place which makes it easy to get stuff around. Also parking lot is provided but it's located at the back of the Building which is still fine nonetheless

Prince Econotel is located at the center of the town near grocery stores, bakeshop at the ground floor, near a park where you can enjoy the fresh air, it is along the main road, and parking is not a problem as the wide main road serves as the parking space for everybody. I found a new econotel in Dapitan. I was quite hesitant at first because of the location, it's crowded but it's close to all commercial establishments. I was informed that it was newly built so of course the room should be new and clean. The parking though is located at the back of the hotel and no breakfast. Ideal for business trip, short stay.
Reasonable room rates for something within the city center. Just walking distance to the market and boulevard. Parking is separate from the building.
