Pros: 1. Semi budget accommodation. 2. Spacious room with chair, table and wall cabinets. 3. Spacious comport room but no hot and cold shower. 4. Staff is accommodating. 5. Near to all; malls, eateries, terminal. Cons: 1. No elevator. 2. Stained CR tiles. 3. Under renovation as of March 23, 2025. 4. Intermittent wifi signal. Recommended. Disappointed with our stay here. The room is big but old and the aircon is not functioning. The bathroom is big but not well maintained. It takes time to flush the toilet bowl. On our last day the water suddenly turn brown with black dirt floating on it. Really nasty. We stayed at 4th floor and we were the only one on that floor. Very spooky. Good for its price however i felt unsecured because the window lock in my room is broken who knows maybe there's a burglar pretending to be a guest you know what i meant.

Old hotel with old furniture and amenities. The only budget hotel available on weekend night. But the service was okay and price is comparable with other hotels in the city.
