Pongos Hotel

We stayed overnight while waiting for our children arriving from Cebu. While the room was spacious and clean, our overall experience was disappointing. One issue was the lack of sufficient complimentary parking for hotel guests. We had to pay for parking despite being checked in for the night. We stayed here for 4Days and 3 nights. We had 3 rooms, 3 person per room since we're a family of 9. The hotel was old but has all the things you need since it's located in the City and worth the price. Most of the store in the city closes at 8PM or 9PM. Place is decent. However, what you pay for the amount of food you get is not really worth it. If you eat a lot, either go out and pay cheaper for breakfast or order x2 of what you ordered. Lots of bugs, and water damage, the shower in my room was pretty broken.

The room we booked in is quite good and cozy. But the people serving are not so friendly. It was New year, they didn't even welcome us nor greeted Happy New year 😂😁 unlike other establishments we went to. No amenities like a pool as well.

This review is just based on one of their standard (1.1k) rooms. Pros: Has hot shower and bidet. Ridiculously strong water pressure. Overly spacious room even for 2 persons. Has a table and 2 chairs.
