We took 2 rooms. The rooms had some kind of smell😷, one of the bathroom has broken toilet flush😳. The wall is dirty. One of the electric socket was not working. We chose this place because of its convenient location—just a 20 minute tricycle ride to the airport (we paid P250). The atmosphere was also quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to rest. I gave it 4 since some of their facilities are not working properly. I'm here frequently because of my work. The aircon in room 20 is not working well. The shower in room 12 is not working as well. Aside from that I have no problem. (This account is my mom's since she's the prev owner of this phone)
