The pool area is poorly maintained, with a lot of moss and dirt. Staff members seem untrained, and security is inadequate. The restrooms also need major improvements as they lack proper lighting and the faucets are not well maintained.
Excellent resort to bring your family. The slides are good. Just wear the right clothes to enjoy the speed. But the high point of this resort is the excellent service provided by the staff. We went there for work and were able to fully utilize their facilities. The staff were very sccommodating and were eager to do all requests. This included us staying late and them waiting on us and then waking up early to prepare…
Pool was hazy. Looks like filter wasn't working. Chlorine usage was too much.. my kids had very red eyes.
Good resort to have a good swim. The looks and ambiance is very relaxing. The only issue though is that when we went here, the water to the slides were not working and that there are dead bugs on the floors but overall, it's good.
