Stayed at Pilgrims Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy, and the peaceful ambiance made for a relaxing stay. However, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to a few issues. This hotel is under renovation and they are already receiving customers. I believed they are not yet ready. Aircon smell rotten eggs. Cr doesn’t have mirror. And so much more. Is this what you so called satisfied customer? I dont think so!
The Bathrooms are so dirty and the bowl has a bad smell and we report to the staff. They change our room. But the other rooms are not so clean and the aircon has water leak.
It is somewhat near the city like 10-15mins. Rooms are newly renovated. It is clean and good for the price. With netflix and smart tv but a bit small for the room, at least there's one, tho. They also have wifi, but in some rooms, you won't be able to detect it. The personnel was friendly and kind too.
Despite being reserved under our companion's name, our reservation was given to another group who arrived before us. They just gave it right away without even confirming whether the reservation was for them or not. They did not even ask for their names!
Limited parking space, smelly room, slow internet
The room is good and big as i expected and also the aircon was functioning well and their service was good, but the room doesn't have sound proff, the voices inside the room can hear outside the room, i could hear some noises on the room everytime i walk through my room, but overall it was good and worth the price, i would surely back here!
