Pier La Casa Homestay Building

This is the best rooms Ive seen on Philippines. Big and clean rooms with windows, made beautiful. Makes you feel at home from the moment when you get in. Thank you!

We were at this hotel me and my family It seems really cheap at first but it was disgusting my mom saw a huge rat in the hallway and we said to one the workers that there's a huge rat and she didn't mind at all the room itself was closed and relatively okay and it's really close to the terminal, besides that it's a very disgusting place.

Great value for price, just stayed a night before hopping on the next ferry. Very friendly staff and great location (close to the Pier and can also recommend Cafe Ethereal). Clean and spacious rooms, has everything you need. Only the material of the bath towels were a bit strange, felt more like a blanket...

The location is so great, just In front of the port the linens are smelling so good, the room size is good, the airconditioning is ok but not so strong (for me) because at home even if I have Aircon I still use electric fan. They have table and chairs if u want to eat with side table. Overall it's good and affordable to stay here.

The room is clean and super close to the port if you bound to Siargao. Toilet is quite small but still good. It is also near to Surigao boulevard which has variety of filipino street foods.

My room is clean and tidy, linens smells good. Very kind and accomodating staff. And near at the ticketing booth.

Be cautious when booking here. I received a confirmed reservation and email, but a few hours later, the property canceled it without clear notice or explanation. Calling them for clarification was unhelpful, and the refund process took longer than expected. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

The rooms there werr neat and clean. They had a balcony where the view of siargao port. It was windy and I slept comfortably 4 stars 💞
