Disgusting hotel, AVOID! The rooms are old and poorly maintained, particularly the air conditioning units. They're so dusty, dirty and grimy, they give off a terrible smell when they're turned on, so much so, it made it difficult to sleep. I booked this property because I was traveling with a group. Unfortunately, despite getting a night's rest, my experience was completely overshadowed by the filth and lack of proper maintenance. The whole property has seen better days. I’m sure the property past had a good run. It now needs a good renovation to keep up with the time. Staff is great. On property restaurant taste good. The property is surrounded by a few good eating establishment.
Great hospitality by the staff, food on the menu taste good, specially breakfast buffets on Thursday ad Friday. Wifi connectivity is a bit slow but the ambiance of the hotel brings you to a time travel experience. Hot and cold shower works perfectly and some of the rooms have a bath tub.
Pros: -Located at the heart of the city; -Food served was good. They're famous for their pancit which is exceptionally good; -Staff were attentive to guests' needs; Cons: -Traffic; -Function room is very old and smells kinda funny; -Audio equipment provided for function room encountered plenty of glitches; and -Very little provision for parking (probably the worst con).
