We arrived and the room was not yet ready, so we were checked in very late. The staff also gave us misleading information,they told us the buffet was free for everyone, but later we were charged for what we consumed. we didnt get to stay at phiphi but we tried their coffee. the coffee was mid - it didnt really tasted that good but location took this to 2 stars. the cafe was dusty and feels like it was not maintained daily. the staff however were extremely friendly and even gave tips to which places in the area to visit
Staffs are accomodating, 2 small pools, food is not that impressive but the beach is. Perfect for Team Building. Good for Sunset view.
Very terrible experience.Not worth it for the price. Still very pricey for the quality of service..mismanaged by staffs and they're not even cooperating.Not safe for the kids,even they have lifeguard who's absentminded ,my child almost got lost here ,they still got the nerves to be angry and not cooperative..very noisy place not good for family vacation.
I do not recommend. The beach is nice. but the hotel, meh. ITS TERRIBLE! room's toilet wont flush, dirty sink with no water, trash everywhere, and dinning experience was a nightmare they'll serve you 2hrs and foods are not worth to wait. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this resort.
