Nothing fancy, but great customer service and very cheap cost per night. Stayed here 3 times now.

Though the location is within the city but they have curfew. 10pm gate are closed and opens at 5-6am in the morning.

Found this place for a quick stay in Roxas City, Capiz. The appeal is found in its quaintness. Very relaxing home-like atmosphere. The staff were accommodating, and the location was close to the airport.

the MOST accommodating and friendly owner/staff. we initially had a room with faulty AC and tv but they transferred us immediately upon our request. even advised us that our tricycle ride to the hotel was overpriced. your service adds the charm to your place. thank you.

This place saved us from other high cost hotels and from other resorts that doesn't accept overnighters during the pandemic. The place is clean. parking space, only 2-3 cars. Some of the rooms doesn't have TVs others, doesn't have cables. Had a comfortable sleep though. Easy to find cause it's along the river. The cheapest place I can find on the net in the rush.
