Very convenient - opens very early (5ish) so one can take a room after arriving with the early bus from Manila. The rooms are simple but clean, with hot shower and the front room has a great view. The rooms are reasonably quiet cos do not face the busy street. Very good value for money (900 in 2024). The terrace view on the restaurant was fabulous! But the food they served was salty. Just a pity looking so good but i cant eat it. I don’t understand why cooks dint taste before serving?

The room we had has a view but the quality of the room is very poor. Missing lights. Random holes in wall between bathroom and bedroom. Cheap wall material. Horrible paint and overall not clean. Had breakfast here. Ordered tapsilog and it definitely was not tapa but pork 😅 Coffee seemed to be your usual instant coffee, so basically watered down and tasteless. Maybe my expectations were too high? The view was okay and the general interior was homey and warm. I liked the piece of culture and writing they placed on the wall.

Not senior citizen and PWD-friendly, so I advise those who are bringing along their differently-abled loved ones to choose somewhere else. The restaurant on the ground floor does not serve breakfast, I think, since we needed to look for another one to eat. Last call for dinner is at 7 pm, so you must place your order before then because the server easily gets agitated, maybe because of the long way home.
