The rooms are actually okay and not that spacious, but the reason I made it 4 stars because the staff including the guard on duty that time was nice and accommodating. The room was clean, had hot shower with the basic toiletries, and they even have rubber slippers for guests. The area is well lit, too.
Customer service was good. Cafeteria is available to serve meals. Good wifi signal. The room is clean, and i mean nicely cleaned. Shower heater is available. Walking distance from pier, SM, and convenience stores. Highly recommended. 800php lowest priced room as of september 2019.
I had been here twice staying for more than a week. The reason I choose to stay here is that it is near the city center and it is very affordable and I already familiar in the area. It is near in the port and the razed Gaisano. The staff also are friendly. The room is just simple with flat screen cable TV, wifi has a connection and free service water.
