Love the room, very cold AC Very convenient bcoz its just along the hi-way. Affordable accommodation (P1,600 as of 2026) free bfast and has safe parking area.

Cabin accommodation. Booked two rooms. Door locks hard to operate, open door to stale unventilated rooms. Toilets didn’t flush, tv’s didn’t operate at all, bathroom sink in one room blocked and didn’t drain, very slow water pressure and due to cabin being next to main road very noisy from traffic. Love this place. Wifi is an issue as it doesn't reach some of the rooms, maybe some wifi extenders would go a long way but the place is so nice and the restaurant is great

Just right beside the Mabinay Spring Resort entrance gate is this very nice and beautiful place. Rooms are from re-purposed 20footer container van with nice interior and relaxing outdoor. Beside is the Pableo's Grill and Restaurant where you can enjoy homecooked style cuisine.

The rooms are fashioned from container vans insulated with wood paneling. This is the most interesting accommodation I've ever had so far. It's like sleeping in a tiny home. Compared to nearby rooms with the same price, I'd go for this as it has character. A nice change of atmosphere from the usual.

Probably the best accommodation in Mabinay. Good food in the restaurant. Bit of traffic noise in rooms fronting the hwy, but still the best quality place in Mabinay.

The location is very accessible, just along the main road (Kabankalan - Bais). There is secured parking space with cctv. Rooms are affordable and made to be efficient. The space is utilized very well. Environment is instagrammable and peaceful. Restaurant food is also super great and inexpensive! Would love to try their shakes again. Staff are helpful too! Its a recommended place to stay.

The place is good since it has a unique designs of their rooms. The only cons is their rusty smell water from the faucet.and rusty shower head😔😔The price is reasonable and a perfect place for your photoshoots on your big day🥰 P.S..Just a piece of advice for the managent.
