Decent hotel, lots of room, but opened curtain to see a brick wall and no light. Still, the location is perfect, you can pretty much walk through everything. The city market, SM Mall, tons of shopping and of course the Giant City Park are all close by. SM Mall is just over a kilometer away. Tons of restaurants and shops in stores within 1 minute walk. Place was clean, the breakfast was adequate, staff was friendly.
Although the location is ideal, the miscommunication with the staff (Marissa Bongao) made the situation worse. We called prior to inquire for accomodation, which initially went well, they even called us back to inform that they have an available unit for the 4 of us. Great hotel in perfect location. Right across from Burnham park and close walk to the city market as well as the night market. We stayed in the king suite which is a huge room with massive windows overlooking the park area and great view of the surrounding hillside. Breakfast included which was just OK.
01/30/2026: We decided to extend our stay in Baguio, we are fortunate to have found an available room that ensures our comfort especially that I am with my 2 teenagers, so, we packed our luggage and transferred over. An older hotel but the rooms are a good size. I stayed in a few different rooms. I would recommend a unrenovated rooms. The furniture may be old with a high-quality. The rooms that have been renovated has a low quality furniture. The manager is very helpful is you have any requests. The staff don’t seem to be able or willing to help you. It’s like speak to a rock.
This is a great hotel positioned right next to the park. The market as well as places to eat are all on your doorstep. The hotel is a grand place from a bygone era and it's a delight to experience.
