This resort feels like an old, sickly relative who has been left unattended and neglected. The resort is old, tired, and rough around the edges. This resort doesn’t seem like 4 star hotel. Or at least comparing to hotels in the US. Room and the whole resort looks run down and not properly maintained. Many of the employees are friendly and nice but ran into several management staff that aren’t customer friendly. I asked for extra towels but they limit us to one per guest. Towels are old and rough. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Boracay that is not so pricey, I would suggest you try this place. Room is not so elegant but nice and comfortable. The place is a big garden complete with thinks you will need on a vacation and the beach is not too far to reach. There are lots of options for rooms but I would suggest you choose something upstairs to avoid mosquitoes if stairs is not a problem for you.…
The hotel itself wasn’t that bad, but we had an electrical problem in the room and the staff had to come re-wire the lights or else we would be sleeping with the lights above the bed on. The location wasn’t bad, but the pathways are a bit confusing. Our closet light kept turning on and off in the middle of the night. Our overall experience here has always been amazing. We first stayed in March 2025 after a friend recommended it—and I was instantly convinced when they mentioned the breakfast buffet had unlimited bacon.
