Booked a 4 specific rooms, and on thebdate that we booked it the rooms are not available... So what is the purpose of booking? Cannot even provide a quality bed, pillow and toiletries after the incident. No hot shower. Wifi's not working. There is not enough parking! The whole experience was a hassle overall

It was not worth it. The bedsheets are dirty. And there's no water in the room, you have to go to the reception to claim. It isn't what booking says tho. There's no water heater unlike what we book for.

For something that costs over 6000 php a night, its a disgrace. They're being advertised either Pallette on Angeles or Hotel Boss. The lobby/reception area looks great but its just a front.
