Simply furnished rooms in an unpretentious hotel offering an outdoor pool & a cafeteria.
We stayed in the VIP room and did not feel very important. They couldn't even stock the room with coffee, tea, or creamer. I asked about it at the desk and they sent up 2 instant coffees and some sugar. I don't drink black coffee. The bath room sink didn't have a plug so I couldn't fill it up to shave. There were no outlets near the bed for a charger. I had to set my phone on the desk to charge it. Is it too much to…
Booked deluxe room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate the hotel 3.5 out of 5. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and quick to assist whenever we needed help. Its location near Freedom Park was also convenient for walking around. This hotel is rated by me as a 5 because it IS the best hotel in the San Carlos area, otherwise I would give it a 3.5/4. The staff is great, the room is clean, the location is very good and the restaurant in the hotel lobby is amazing. If you need to stay in San Carlos, this is it!
Our experience was scary, we felt heavy and somethings wrong but we cant tell. But other than that, theur service was ok from room service to the resto. It's just that we cant sleep right, I had sleep paralysis and I wasnt able to relax and their aircon was hot
Comfortable, clean room with good AC.. the only thing i noticed they could improve is the front desk. The girl did what she's supposed to, but it just isn't a very sympathetic person. Or maybe it's her attitude for foreigners.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms lack maintenance... Some basic repairs need to be done. Window Aircon needs cleaning. The restaurant bar is convenient and has good food for affordable price, with a super friendly and polite staff. Except the rooms the hotel is a good value for money.
