Location just one minute walk to beach. Wide parking outside (not just gated, no cctv) Maybe not that soundproof walling Service is great, they gave us big room with 2 queen size bed HAHA, wide hot n cold shower room, with bath towels and blanket, with AC, mirror, drawers. Very disappointing and stressful experience. We booked and fully paid for our stay, but because of issues caused by the hotel, the stay never even happened. Instead of properly resolving the issue, they asked us to look for different transient stays ourselves under the heat of the sun. Very disappointing experience at Stay Inn. We tried to book 2 rooms in advance, but the reservation was not properly handled. Service was poor, communication was lacking, and when the booking failed, there was no effort to compensate or assist us in transferring to another hotel. We were left to solve the problem ourselves. Definitely not the level of hospitality we expected.
Booked 2 weeks prior(Annex native room) but when we arrived room was not ready , no actual guest before us , had to request blankets and towels.Decent internet speed . Room was advertised that it has hot/cold shower , but unfortunately it was not working. For some reason ants where popping out .
