Location wise, it's good. It's in the center area and it has 7-11 outside. Room is basic, but if you're on a budget this is okay but I won't recommend staying here for more than 2 days because it's just a budget room. I wasn't able to try their breakfast as I have to leave early. Parking will be a bit hard if you have a big car, luckily we have Wigo. Haha! Service is good, attendants are very accommodating.
