We took a chance to save money but in the end really didn't pay off. Showed up at 9 pm and they told us there was no availability even though we had a confirmed reservation. 2 young women and they didn't help us at all to find a new place or to find a ride somewhere else. Road was dark with almost no one on the street. Really bad service and bad vibes.
The place was under construction when we arrived which would’ve been fine if there was a disclaimer, the staff were unwelcoming nor helpful, the area’s safety was questionable, the reservation was already booked and paid for however they were unsure of the booking transaction. Didn’t end up checking in.
No hot water, tight space
Wrong google map pin! The property is tough to find since google map is incorrect. Admin & management, please update it. FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOST, just search Artemis Apartelle instead, and you're welcome. Don't expect much and there's no staff available all the time.
