Location is very close to highway where you can easily find a trip to Manila. Room fixtures are old and some are broken, water supply is weak that you cannot use the water heater at the bathroom. Wifi, hot water and rest area outside the rooms are available. Toiletries are not provided. Staffs are friendly and accomodating.
Staff and management are accommodating. It was also quite and relaxing. I enjoy watching the birds early in the morning while having coffee outside our room. They don't serve breakfast or food but it is nearby resto and shops just 5mins ride of ejeep or jeep. Place is old and dirty, for the price you can just spend a little more at 3 star hotels nearby;
So far, we’re enjoying our stay here at OYO Sierra Branch. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. However, we noticed that upon our arrival, the price slightly changed compared to the amount indicated during our OYO booking. Although the difference is minimal, it would be better if the rates were consistent to avoid confusion.
I still give it a 4 out of 5 just because the manager/s are considerate and kind. A bang for your buck value if you just have to stay for a night. Wouldn't stay here for longer than that with the way it is now. Plenty of room for improvement but a good value nonetheless!
If you are looking for an affordable place to stay just for the night then this one is alright. Nothing fancy, the room is clean but not well maintained, our bathroom door is broken, but the towels and other amenities provided are clean.
We were happy to stay in a deluxe suite room, considering we were five people on vacation. The room was quiet, which we appreciated. It was so clean; I could tell that the pillows and bedding were newly washed. The staff were accommodating and often smiled at us whenever my family and I passed by.
