The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the room and common areas. However, the water supply was extremely weak—I wasn’t able to properly use the shower, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent place, but improving the water pressure would greatly enhance the guest experience.
If you guys are planning to stay here for a few days, it’s much better to ask the front desk about their availability for the rest of the week. Your budget friendly accommodation at the heart of Tagum City. They offer 12- hour and 24-hour rates, with or without breakfast. The staffs are nice, room and hallways are clean. I thought the reviews I read here are all true. I'm glad it's not. The place is decent and clean. Though there are some issues on the floors that are wet during our stay, the staff managed it. Parking space is available. Ground floor is the restaurant, to which they serve the complimentary breakfast. Second floor is the reception desk and some accommodation rooms. It’s straight up accommodation, when you’re just looking for a place to sleep. No other amenities. They offer make-up room. No elevators. Overall, it was okay.
Worst hotel stay ever. Upon check-in they charged us for an early check-in, but with all the problems we had we didn’t get checked in until about noon. The first room they put us in smelled like sewage. There was no toilet seat or towels and there were bugs crawling out from behind the faucets. Wonderful staff, the rooms were just what I and my wife needed. Only 2 issues that we had during our stay: - The internet was stable but the signal was a huge problem, recommend investing in a WiFi Mesh System. - The sink didn't have enough pressure and the shower head was only partially functional.
