Clean hotel in good location at affordable price. Biggest problem is all of the affordable rooms don't have any windows. Be aware of that. If you want a window, you'll have to pay about 2000 pesos (July 2025). If you're comfortable not having a window, then this place works reasonably well. Satisfied with the new room. Toilet and bath are new and clean. The staff are nice and accommodating. Wifi has a strong signal. However toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush are not available. There are no in house meals available as well. But I'm happy with my stay for its great value so I gave 4 stars.
At my first impression the room is very clean and comfy it was no even smell in the toilet. The only bad side is pressure of water is kinda not so strong.
There’s a big rat roaming in the kitchen while we’re checking in. Noticeable dirty water comes out in the sink and shower when it’s raining. Positive thing: there’s hot shower. Room is clean with great ventilation. Wi-Fi connection is fast and location is accessible.
Worth the price. Air-con - very good (working) Room- nice, cozy, comfy and clean (Beyond expectation) Bathroom- nice, clean, hot and cold shower was working. Location- close to public market, so if you are maarte, not for you. They Dont serve meal and Elevator was not working but overall its beyond the price.
This is our 3rd stay in your hotel and as always, you've given as the best accomodation. The hospitality of your staffs is superb. The ambiance of the place is very relaxing. We didn't got bored cause your t.v has a lot of channels and all of the things inside the room are well functioning. All in all we had a great night with your service. Thank you so much Oyo☺️
Good WiFi connection. Good parking. Not good room lighting. Spaceous common area. Some bulbs are busted. The AC is dripping and the Heater is broken. The balcony sliding door lock doesn't work.
I booked this hotel via agoda but when I checked in, found out that they are under renovation and cannot take guests! I email Agoda and requested for a refund but OYO 202 JRJR Annex informed them that they are not temporarily CLOSED! So now I cannot request a refund!
