Otel Pampanga

We held our medical society’s annual convention in their function hall. The staff were accommodating and offered great service. WIFI was decent. The place was clean and spacious.

We stayed at Otel Pampanga for a night while traveling to Nueva Ecija and Tarlac for a meeting. The staff were helpful and guided us to our room, which was spacious and had three beds. However, there was a strong smell of disinfectant upon entering. The blanket provided was quite thin, which was a bit uncomfortable given the rainy and cold weather. Staffs are courteous and well mannered. Place is clean. Food is great. Internet connection is super fast. Accommodation price is affordable. Only downside is there are rooms with old fashioned tv and cable signal is not available. Also pool is not being used when we stayed (June 2018). Will be back for sure. A place for travelers.

The hotel can indeed cater for your needs. The staff are very courteous towards those who stay. Internet connection is fast and is accessible anywhere in the hotel. As for the rooms, they are not 5-star rooms but they are habitable.

This is the hotel that was awarded as the healthiest hotels in Pampanga it was on the front of SM Pampanga and staff are very helpful in advice in what to do in the city for foreign guest. Breakfast were good, will fresh fruits and juices and amenities simple but great. This hotel was lovely finishing throughout the Otel Pampanga was wonderful and the room was simple but beautiful.
