I enjoyed staying here, my room was quiet and was able to keep it fairly dark for sleeping. The ac worked great, shower worked well even though it was difficult with the sink in the way. The TV had good channel options. The wifi worked great. Also great hotel customer service, my TV remote was not working and the hotel worker tried over 10 remotes until one worked.

Great place! The room is great for the price, the AC is working very well. The shower has cold and hot, they have cabinet and table! The location is superb, its near the park. One thing though there were people parking right in front of the door so its not that welcoming but overall, if you want peaceful and wonderful stay in Dumaguete this is the place. 100%

We had our 2 nights stay there just recently. We booked a double room through their fb page, the price is affordable. The bedroom is okay, the space, the size of the bed, the clean sheets, comforter, and towels, the AC is working well and the TV. This one is literally a small hotel. Very clean. Very safe. CCTV cameras on every floor. Has fire extinguisher outside on every room. Has a fire exit. Room smells fresh and nice. The room we stayed in is very small. But not a problem if you're staying for few days. Comfort room is very small but manageable. The place is very quiet and peaceful since it is not by the road.

Although located a bit far from the main highway, where you have to go through winding alleys to get to it, this hotel is still worth the try. It may not have a decent parking area, but this place is recommended, especially suited for backpackers or a big group traveling together. Really bad. The sheets where dirty, the where ants in the room and therefore also the bed, something that looked like mold in the ceiling in the bathroom, the water in the shower wouldn’t get warm. The staff was nice and helpful carring our luggage but the room was really disgusting. We checked out early cause we just coundnt stay there.
