We decided not to stay there primarily due to the location, its in a neighborhood with very narrow streets and on street parking is not what we wanted. The staff was very nice and the building looked nice & clean but the room and bed were small. Very nice but just not for us.
Affordable B&B for travellers. The breakfast serving was generous, as seen in the photos. There were a lot of souvenirs in the lobby area wherein you can choose according to your preferences. The staff were all polite towards guests. Air-conditioning and shower were great also. There is no space for parking, just road parking is available.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we did have a lot of issue with the water, having to constantly deal with the water issue in the family suite did put a damper on our experience, better communication between day and night staff would have been helpful too, room cleaning could have been done more often but they did clean the room when asked. Amazing experience however the telephone is broken and the water from the shower is broken during the duration of the stay so we couldn't call receptionist immediately
Even if someone is renovating or dismantling something new, the house and rooms can still be kept clean. Dust everywhere, smeared glass tables and panes. Kettles without cups or glasses. Breakfast eggs and bacon were cold 😞. Bananas were still green (unripe). This hotel concept needs to be reconsidered or a manager needs to be hired who knows about the hotel industry!!!!!
Management refused my cancellation request despite a typhoon hitting San Carlos 2 days before my booking date and no electricity in the city. Had to forfeit my reservation fee because it was less than 48 hours notice as ‘policy’ says. Shameful management! Greed! Book elsewhere, my friend which booked a different hotel got a refund immedaitely.
The staff are great,friendly and helpful. Small breakfast but enough. Told them my only complaint was the toilet cistern leak which made the bathroom floor rather wet. Knocked my foot a few times on bed legs as the position of the bed,otherwise nice building with a business look.
The rooms require improvement; the comfort room is unclean, with a significant amount of debris and dirt buildup. The bed sheets appear to have not been replaced since the last guest. Please ensure the bathroom is cleaned thoroughly as well.
