When I walk into the room ,the previous guest's body hair every where , pillowcases, and bed sheets have not been changed new and are full of hair The room was very dirty, there were a lot of cockroaches, the equipment in the room was old and not repaired, the bathtub was black and moldy. I really had a miserable stay. It's not a hotel, no one will clean ur room.

Not a very good first impression of the whole Newtown experience. First, finding the place with no signs. Then we are supposed to be impressed with the huge oversized lobby. And where is the elevator? Well, you need to go THROUGH the parking garage to find 2 elevators. The huge lobby is no indication of what to expect in the rooms. Very small, poor quality and design, obvious water or moisture issues, noisy roosters…

Literally in the worst part of lapu lapu, the end where nobody goes! if you want to walk next to the ocean you need a special ticket from the reception, but from the other hotel. That means that every time you want to see the ocean you need special permission. Beaches are unavailable after 6 pm, they are closed. Imagine living on the island and you can't approach the water. There's no parking space for people in the building and they are too strict with their security at the same time they aren't. I'm a little bit disappointed considering the area is expensive, when you can just go outside the Newtown and have a better accomodation, food and service.

The location of the building is nice, the architecture and finishes also nice. However during our time visit there is no AC and there are lots of mosquitoes in the lobby, I hope the management will resolve this issue. thanks!

Sht staff at the reception area (specifically the female on July 1 around 4 or 5pm). The receptionist was rude and giving attitude to me and my guests. Horrible water, a toddlers pee is stronger than their water. Dirty curtains.
