I booked this hotel because I was running a marathon down the street and needed the convenient location. I would never book this hotel again. The only thing this hotel has going for it is a large spacious room and a clean Queen sized bed... though that has a mattress protector that crackles with every shift of your weight. Booked sunday to monday, they assigned us in a room where there is on going maintenance work sa windows. Very awkward kasi pag bukas mo curtain puro scaffolding and men at work hence was not able to relax and enjoy our stay.

No pool unless you rent the Villa. Free water limited to one small bottle per day. Spa is only 1 visit per day. Steam room cost xtra. Drinking water at spa is an additional charge. Clean rooms good service.
There are a lot of minor issues with Villa 401. Like the walls that just broke, or there’s also a broken TV on the Master Bedroom… The pictures are shown below.
