the view was great. however, there was always no water at all. We kept asking the staff to fix it. The toilet never worked even after maintenance said its ok to use. breakfast was always small and portioned. There were cats living in the hallway by our room and there was cat poop on the floor. There were alot of mosquitoes even after the staff had sprayed. I would not recommend this place.

Sayang the location is fantastic ,right in front of mayon volcano. Room has bugs and mosquitoes. Water is on and off. Toilet flush not working.had to call staff so many times and they are very slow

The view is the only strong point of this place, especially in the early morning until around 10 AM and again near 5 PM. The pool water was not filled, specially in the kids pool. The water in the room was shortly cut mid shower sections. The water in the paddle area was very dirty, it may cause un wanted infections.
