The service was top-notch from start to finish. I requested an official receipt, and they processed and gave it to me very quickly. The view was absolutely beautiful. Their complimentary breakfast also had a generous serving. Another highlight is their golden retriever dog, Bubbles!!! So cuteee!! Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed 4 nights and i couldn't be more satisfyed. It has been perfect for our adventures in Bohol. It is a very nice hotel with an incredible view and 2 pools. The complimentary breakfast totally exceded our expectations. You get to choose from 4 options but each one is big and delicious. Finally, everyone one here greets you with a smile and are always willing to assist you. I truly recommend it

Parking space is very limited. I had to park across the street. Rooms look dated. No key cards. A/C not cooling the room enough. It could just manage to keep the room at 25°C. The only saving grace are the staff. They are all professionals.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on April 18th, having booked through the Agoda app. The reception staff were not polite, and they gave me what I believe was the worst room possible; the room was directly opposite the cleaning supplies and staff room. The place is very nice. We went there in the evening and the ambience was great. Ken was very attentive and welcoming. The iced coffees that he made tasted good.

Had a room beneath the storage room or laundry, slamming doors until 11pm, sounds like they slide heavy furniture over the floor all the time, beating the walls and more. 5am the staff starting laughing shouting talking, making Musik and start singing.
