Location is great. Close to nearby Birhen sa Cota church, shopping centers, fast food, local resto and cafe. Very accommodating staff. Room is well maintained. Price is affordable for a single room which is Php1300/night with breakfast.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is very easy to access. The only downside is the lack of parking space. I stayed with my family in a Family Deluxe room, which was spacious and clean. The room had two beds, two tables with four chairs, and a small refrigerator. The tables were dusty. No complimentary slippers, no dental kit. No glasses or cups in the room. I thought those are standard in hotels & inns. Even cheap motels can offer that much. The complimentary toiletries consist of 1/2 of a Rejoice sachet pack and an unknown piece of orange soap. Only good side was that the beds were comfortable. But for now it's just not worth the price you're paying.
