Straightforward hotel offering informal rooms & suites, plus a restaurant & a free breakfast buffet.
We spent a night in one of their suites and it's one of the most memorable and special moments for us. I decided to surprise my family after almost 5 years working abroad and it was perfect. The staff were responsive and cooperative, room was clean, and food was good.
There food at the restaurant is Soo good ang sarap nang family bundle 2 my fav is the calamaris the room is Soo pretty and nice and the worker's are Soo nice here this is my go to hotel everytime I go here.
Very comfortable stay at O Hotel Bacolod! The rooms were clean and cozy, the service was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Great option for both short trips and longer stays!
Great room and location..but on breakfast never order fried egg..they dont make it fresh, you will get serve cold fried egg.
I stayed on 25 October 2025 1 night. Everything was great except for the Wi-Fi connection in my room. I’m not sure how it is in other rooms, but this was the only downside. Overall, my stay was amazing, and the location is excellent—very close to the shopping center.
Some facilities in the room are a bit old. Found some ants walking side by side near the doorway. Reception is fine. Foods are superb.
