We had a lovely, pleasant stay here for 2 days. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner was strong. The staff were very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and professional. We booked their Triple Room, which unfortunately faced the busy Lacson Road. You can clearly hear the traffic noise from vehicles passing by at all hours. I asked if all Triple Rooms were on this side of the building, and was told yes—so we weren’t able to change rooms. Also, take note that there’s no elevator. Room was quite narrow the bed didn't fit the room properly no mate to walk on in the bathroom everything was just average it's good for just a night to sleep but that's it.

Quite far from downtown or SM Mall but closer to airport. Everything was as expected. 3rd floor suite but no elevator at the location. The included breakfast was not very good. Super basic and staff at N Bistro don't listen to well. The room itself was ok.
