Stayed here multiple times on multiple trips. This places is cheap, clean, heavily accessible. would highly recommend!

We stayed for only 1 night. The room is clean and close to the beach. However, I find the lady owner not approachable one. She doesn't even smile or greet her guests good morning. Her gesture was not good at all. You can see it through her face. Furthermore, the toilet light was not working so I took a shower in a very dark toilet. The room is clean, well-kept, clean, fresh sheets. but no towels... We booked on Agoda. Luckily we have our own towels. Ac quiet and nice no water heater and non-existent WiFi in the room. But available on the balcony. Good parking spaces in front of the hotel. About 250 m from the beach with swimming and great surfing opportunities.

We stayed here only for a night, but it was amazing! Very clean, very comfortable, and the owners are very attentive and accommodating. The fact that it's a short walk away from the beach is a bonus, and the price is just right. Highly recommend!

The room is great! Cleanliness is the best asset! A very good place to stay, Sabang beach and the city proper is just on walking distance, and there are pretty great and delicious restaurants and bars around.

We forgot to book before going to baler, and by the time we arrived lot's of transients are fully booked. Luckily there's a tour guide who help us find this hidden transient. very cheap she offered us 3500p per night (7 person) others is (4500-7500 beach front but looks like lack of hygene), has a menu for breakfast and lunch (not free) paying for the rent of kitchen 3 time to use 400p ( breakfast lunch dinner) park…

Clean room and surroundings. Resonable price during the week. Helpful staff. New bulding and really good AC. Unfortunately for towels and toilet paper even you need to pay additionally.

Room is very clean and AC working well. There's free complimentary breakfast also. Owners were accomodating.
