I love the location of the place as it is a walking distance to IT park around 8mins to Sugbo Mercado. Room is quite fancy for the price. Amenities wise love the rooftop place. My brother and I stayed for 2 nights, and booked a 2 twin room. The beds were comfortable and a little bigger than a twin size. It was perfect for what we needed. The shower in the bathroom doesn’t really have a proper barrier so when you shower, water splattered everywhere. That was the only inconvenience in the room. Entertainment options were limited. Would be harder to locate without using Google Maps or getting a taxi, but is inexpensive (cheapest hotel I been in in the Cebu to Catmon area), but has plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 within walking distance. Close to the Ayala Mall, but a little far to walk to. Rooms are a little bit on the small side, but still have an American King sized bed in them and very clean and ultra modern.
