my reservation this afternoon for my family got cancelled without notice. the booking was smooth and paid thru debit card. I was able to speak with the owner online. She confirm with our conversation and till now am still waiting for her to cancel and refund. Felt like their business is a scam on agoda.
I normally leave reasonable reviews, if a place has poor accommodations then it should be very cheap. This place, costs about $36 for a night. However, the rooms are terrible and full of pests ( Roaches, spiders, ants, and bunch of flying insects). It's not good. The owners need to pickup their game and spend money on their facilities.
It's good to stay there. The place is clean. I just don't feel the people out there. I mean they didn't even check how's our day so far, how's our stay there. We even left the place just placing the key at the table because there's no one available to speak with. But everything is fine.
