Cons: Located at very narrow road space..! walang shower, walang tv, no foods, you cannot even request for hot water! too many bedbugs, sink is clogged, aircon is very noisy and not cold..! its very hard to sleep because of the noise of the aircon! Pro: With small parking

We stayed in their business room, which was ideal for our family as it features two bedrooms

The rooms are affordable but there were lots of problems with the accommodation. The sink was stuck up! No hot shower and the water pressure isn't strong enough for you to have a good shower. The room isn't properly cleaned. Floor was still wet when we checked in. The bathroom rug was dirty you can't wipe your feet with it. There's a water leak probably from the air-conditioner that leaked through the floor and soak…

I love the ambiance of the location, quiet street but secured. Very near to the airport. Breakfast is good and healthy. The hotel personnel are friendly and accommodating. Clean vicinity for a boutique hotel. Affordable compared to other hotels in Zamboanga.

Stayed for 3 nights in different rooms, both bathroom with foul smell, no hot water, pillows too thin, roomboy always busy using cellphone and smoking in front lobby!

This is our fourth time checking in. Glad to stay. Suki na ng youth association namin ang Newzon since 2022. Malinis at friendly staff. No insects or bugs like other hotels located downtown.
