Terrifying and completely unacceptable experience. I stayed in Room 510, which is located at the very back of the hotel. The room itself was cheap but incredibly old, looking almost like something out of a horror movie. The towels were brownish and clearly overused, and while they provided glasses, there was no water. We had the worst stay of our lives. And this happened at CDO. We never expected an expensive pensionne that is worthless for it's price. The room was not maintained well. We killed 2 roaches on the very first day. The color of the water in bathroom is yellowish and smell like a stain. We even need to buy water outside just to make a final wash after we took shower. I WILL NOT recommend booking here in this hotel. We walked from our room at the 4th floor to ground floor because their elevator was defective. They did not inform us how it functions. Also, service crew and frontdesk were not friendly. Crew should help the guest especially during rain to atleast lend umbrella so we can ride the car under the rain, which is also a problem since they do not have space for parking in…
