Best to book this hotel with third party agency. Eg: Expedia, Hotels.com or many others that charge the same or less than the hotel. If you book with hotel and need to cancel it takes about two months to get a refund because they sub out their payments to a third party. I am still waiting for a refund from early February. As for upgrades and late checkout, forget it, they don’t exist booking direct.
