Lillian was a great host! We arrived having booked the wrong dates and she kindly let us stay for the night as she was available. She even offered us a refund for the unused nights, which was very kind as it was completely my mistake! The room was very comfortable and clean, location was great, wish we could have stayed there the whole time in port Barton!

Following my mistake in booking a room, I contacted the hotel with a special request and was amazed at how quickly they showed understanding and cooperated with the change even though they didn't have to. To succeed in business, fairness and seeing the customer's needs are the key to success and you have proven that you have it. Thank you.

We would love to stay here again. Our room was so clean, the staff were so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is central, it’s a 30 second walk to so many cool bars, restaurants, laundry services, the beach, etc. We didn’t want to leave! The staff were so friendly as well :) I give them a perfect review!

Amazing guesthouse right in the centre of port Barton and only a minute from the beach. There are also many restaurants nearby. The room is very spacious and comfortable. FASTEST WIFI I have ever had in the Philippines, perfect if you work remotely. The owners are a lovely family, always kind and willing to help. Nay Nildz is a hidden gem. My husband and I arrived later in the day, and were injured from a motorbike accident a few days before. Phil was so accommodating, he even got food delivered to us from a restaurant next door. The hosts here do everything they can to make your stay easy and comfortable. The AC in the room worked great, and the location is perfect. We would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay in port barton, good sized rooms, we had a fan room but they also have aircon rooms, very clean and good private bathroom with great water pressure shower.
