I booked a standard room and got for free a poolside room. Spacious, clean, quiet Aircon, good bathroom. Beautiful pool with warm water. Through a stair you can reach Punta Ballo beach, and the view from the resort restaurant is the best postcard you can get there. Breakfast just ok. Plenty of free parking. Not many food options at walking distance.
Our room was upgraded to a bigger. Ocean view with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The resort was peaceful and quiet. The room was good because of the view but it would be much better if they had fixed the ceiling first on the balcony and the lock on the windows because it was broken. really lovely resort , just not much white sand except in the shallows before the seaweed and a few sea urchins a bit further out , but staff are so nice and very accomodating
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The staffs had decent personalities—there are some factors that I didn't like, but they were too trivial to the point it didn't ruin our stay there. Our room was clean, and neat, the door there is great.
I strongly suggest that you establish clear SOPs and ensure that OJTs are not left to handle crucial front desk transactions without proper supervision.

I love the overlooking view of the sea. They only have few options for food, not that great also. Price for rooms are quite high but I love the fact that they have wi-fi which was very helpful for me as I can still check work and business while on vacation. During that time that we visited, they are renovating and adding new rooms, hope to see improvements when I come back.
