We booked this hotel a day before our trip and provided all the information they requested. When we followed up to ask if our reservation was confirmed, they responded by sending the hotel’s location, which naturally led us to believe that our booking was secured. Our second time staying here with my husband, and we’re still very satisfied. We booked through Agoda and got a great deal. The accommodation is clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. The location is very convenient just a 3-minute walk to SM and other major malls. The heater and WiFi worked perfectly. The sheets were clean, and the pillows were comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing…

Decent hotel. Very close to the SM so if the mall is your thing then perfect. Room was standard, nothing stands out too much. Super friendly people in the lobby.

I stayed here a few times and recommend them. rooms and service is great! I wouldn't stay here with a family but as a couple we really enjoyed it while transiting through butuan.

This is a good place to stay. But the location is its highest asset. basically SM mall is directly across the street. they have in room massage service for 600 pesos, and they have Some parking in front of the building. I would stay again because I like going to as a mall at night time, Watch a movie and going to the movies late at night.And having a place to crash right away.

Pillows were limited, no hot shower, and the air-conditioning filters appeared not to have been cleaned for new guests. Breakfast was ok, but parking space was quite limited. The best thing about the place is its proximity to SM City Mall.”
