Mt Matutum Domesville Glamping

This hotel holds me many memories! Sadly all are fully booked except the last room with no aircon. If there were no signanages we would get lost completely.Very good place to stay , too many stunning activities like bonfire,cinema,and the bath tub facing the Mountain.

Great landscape, quality service from the staff, and beautiful views. -The rooms can be improved—they should consider that some travelers r traveling w/ children/infant. -There is no heater in the bathroom. -Power cuts off several times at night. -Insects are everywhere inside the room esp at night.

1 star for Location. You got to see Matutum close. 1 star for their Food. So far, lami jud ila food and portions are big. - 1 star for Rooms ROOMS does not gave good ventilation. We got Deluxe Dome per their Reservation website it includes a portable aircon BUT when we arrived, WALA. STORAGE/CABINETS in the room, WALA. It was a great and relaxing stay, a nice view and ambiance. Although I have a concern about their food, mas iimprove pa sana nila yung food nila. But overall our stay was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The ambiance was good and it has a clear view of Mt. Matutum, however, the staff weren’t that accommodating especially at the front desk. They have confusing instructions like the check in time. We were told that we could check in at 2PM when it was actually at 3PM. When we stayed there, there were many flies at the dining area as well as around the dome. The rooms were like ovens during the day. I expected it'll be airconditioned, they only had cooling fans -- thry were not enough. It's not as developed as the photos show. We went last year, I don't know if they've improved any, but looking at the previous photos, they look the same. Not much of a view unless you go out of the property.
