The hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything from outside, making it impossible to sleep. The water has a very foul smell, and the bedsheets were stained with rust. It was my worst experience ever.
Stayed at Monica Midtown Suites for a few days and had an amazing stay! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. All the food options for breakfast were great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back and recommend this to friends and family!
Beautiful hotel, I would of given all 5* if it has the things needed the most, like there's not even a little shelf to put our toothbrush or toiletries in the bathroom or shower, there are no mirrors in the room or small shelves to put ladies accessories like hair brush make up etc. and absolutely no small towels or rug to wipe your hands to dry after washing.
